Cookie Policy

Last updated: 10/2026

This page lists the cookies and similar technologies used by https://bootstracker.com and explains how to manage them. Only technical cookies are used; no analytics or advertising cookie is set.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work, others measure usage or support advertising. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels) are treated here in the same way.

2. Technical cookies (always active)

  • NEXT_LOCALE: remembers the language you chose (1 year).
  • Cloudflare security cookies (for example __cf_bm): distinguish real visitors from automated traffic (up to 30 minutes).

These cookies are necessary for the Site to work and do not require consent.

3. Analytics and advertising cookies

The Site currently does not use analytics (for example Google Analytics) or advertising (for example Google AdSense) cookies. If they are introduced, a banner will ask for your consent before they are set and this page will list them.

4. Affiliate cookies

After you click a link to a shop, the affiliate networks (Awin, Impact, Soleback) and the shops themselves may set cookies to attribute a purchase to the Site (typically 30 days). They identify the click, not you. These cookies belong to the networks and the shops, are set on their domains and are described in their policies.

5. Third-party content

Pages may link to other platforms (for example Instagram, Telegram or the shops' websites). Opening them takes you to those platforms, which apply their own cookie policies.

6. How to disable cookies in the browser

Every browser lets you block or delete cookies: look for "cookies" in the settings of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. Blocking technical cookies may stop parts of the Site from working (for example the language choice).

7. Changes

This list is updated when the services used by the Site change. The date at the top is the last revision.
